Ok, I’m back to update.

Yes .. I’ve been busy. And as the title said .. no Leopard in this case is not a big cat in the jungle, it’s in fact the new Apple Operating System.

I’ve been Leopardized!!

After some problems with installing.

So let me tell you what and not to do when installing the new OS:

- You don’t need to backup (I didn’t) and all the files, settings, address book, bookmarks and everything else are still in the same place.

- On install screen be VERY careful to look for little “option” button, and choose to keep “user” folder.

- Whatever you do, don’t press “UPDATE” without choosing to keep “user” folder!! Your will get a blank blue screen after restart and you will not be able to do anything else other than delete all your files and re-install.(this was my mistake and in this case .. I opened up my computer .. took out the hard drive and manually backup my files .. for safety, then I did the above method .. and now I don’t need my backups).

- Unless you have a new computer or you have want a fresh new computer and already backup your files ….. you can go ahead and press delete all files and install new OS on installation screen .. fresh and empty.

- It’ll take around an hour and a half at the most.

- Restart and you’re done.

There ya go .. I was a lab rat, so you don’t need to waste your time .. or read all the 19,816,568,99,880 webboards about how to install it.

Bleh .. and guess what!! I left my computer charger in BKK!! God damn!! I have 3 hours left on this one.

So, I’m not gonna write much right now. Gotto reserve some battery for tomorrow.

ps. My experience with Leopard so far is good, lots of things runs faster, everything seems smooth and prettier. Dudeeeee, PhotoBooth and it's new effects are nice!!

Google Map day

Yes, as title said. It’s my google map day today.

- iPhone 1.1.1 (newest version) can now be unlocked just like the 1.0.2. No problem anymore. Same as iPod Touch. Uh huh. Got yours yet? Comon .. everyone and their grand parents got one already!!

- Mac OS X Leopard is coming out. with more than 300+ new features .. may be it’s time you get one.

- I got an interview tomorrow with SuperSports.

- Hun just got back from Evason Hideaway Resort anf Spa, Goh Yao Noi.

- Went to Heineken PACO Party @ Playground last Friday .. thanks to P’Tob and Joone.

And B for putting me on the box, keep running into you dude haha.

- New kicks launch everywhere, and I can’t be at any of them .. shit.

- I’ve been driving like a motherfucker in the past 4 days.

- New episodes of Prison Break, Heroes, Chuck, and Journeyman are out. Already downloaded yay!!

- I’ve been playing a lot of games .. mainly Halo 3 on X-Box and very addictive small games from guys at Reflexive(PC).

Well, hello.

Couple of things. It’s been quite a busy weekend already and it’s only Saturday .. another day to go!!

Usually I don’t really have much time to update during the weekend, hope you understand.

Well, friday I went to a Heineken Party @ Playground!, Thonglor. It was nice, met a lot of people I have not seen in awhile. And met some nice new people .. one of which might be reading this blog right now, hello kub p’Man .. I will try my best to make it to your party na kub, it was nice to meet you.

Then straight after .. I was gonna go clubbin or something but it was too early .. so I went shopping at SuanLum Night Market. Got this wicked official shit, with pincode, brands and shit underneath ..

I collect them (silver famous charactor head rings?) .. but I hardly wear any of them, but I am in jewelry business innit. Storm Trooper next.

During my little shopping trip .. the damn weather .. UGHHH, piss down like a motherf**ker!! Flooded the whole damn place. Back home it is then.

Then today (Saturday) Me, Mhee and our twinnies drove out to a funeral of a friend’s dad at Junthabury .. 4 hours drive away out of town, we wanted to pay our respects and support a friend .. must be done. It was a nice little trip anyhow.

Tomorrow (Sunday) .. gotto do some things in Siam and then we have our good friend’s birthday party in the evening. Happy Birthday ja Joy, sent wishes through Facebook leaw na ja.

Also have couple of jobs to deal with and should be done right after this weekend.

Jail Break 1.1.1

Here I go again, with iPhone crap.

Hot news though. Dev team done it again .. not 100% but still, it’s a big step.

The iPhone/iTouch Dev guys have been hard at work for weeks and have finally managed to jailbreak 1.1.1. Right now, they’re nowhere near releasing a general-use tool but the first steps have been made.

So what does this jailbreak mean?

-Third Party apps run. Kind of. We probably have to recompile many of them for the new frameworks because many of them crash.
-Springboard no longer recognizes DisplayOrder.plist. And the list of “whitelisted” apps (that is, the official Applications including -Safari, Photos, Calendar, etc) seems to be hard-coded into Springboard.app
-The iPhone has been activated via third-party workarounds.
-The 1.1.1 binaries barely work with 1.0.2 — at least not well enough to run the music store without major hacking.
-The Mobile Terminal App works on 1.1.1.
-The entire bsd suite still works — as do standard command-line utilities compiled for ARM.
-1.1.1 references both com.apple.mobile.radio and com.apple.mobile.nike.
-The jailbreak method is nowhere near ready for prime time. So please be patient.

Yes, be patient.
